Basic understanding of non-emergency medical procedures and patient care. First aid and CPR certification. Familiarity with handling medical equipment and accommodating patients with special needs.

Technical Proficiency
Skill in using GPS and other navigation tools to find the best routes. Proficiency in using dispatch and scheduling software. Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.

Interpersonal Skills
Strong teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with other staff members. Cultural competence to interact respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong listening skills to understand our client's preferences.
